Please read the terms carefully. By registering and using the services of Action Xpress Courier Service Limited, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional terms incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register or use the services.
USA Shipping Address
- USA shipping address is the exclusive property of Action Xpress Powered by SSMC Xpress International
- The customer is not the owner of the shipping address
- The customer is allowed to ship their goods to address provided if their membership status is in good standing, per Acceptable Use Policy
- Physical access to shipping address is restricted to shipping only
Prohibited Items
- Items that are banned or illegal should not be sent to shipping address; any such item received will be returned or disposed of. All restricted items should have the required permits to be shipped to Jamaica, failure to provide such document will result in item being returned or disposed of.
- Cash, firearms and ammunition, explosive and flammable items.
- The facility is not a storage warehouse.
Limited Liability
- Action Xpress Courier Service Limited is not liable for any loss and or damage to customer’s goods(packages) or any shipment before it enters Action Xpress’s network
- Action Xpress Courier Service Limited will only accept liability as follows
- It is agreed that the total liability of Action Xpress Courier Service Limited shall be limited, in any event, to the sum of the total value declared by customer, or total value of invoice submitted by customer
- In the event of loss or damage of shipment, a claim must be submitted by customer in writing with 20 days of the loss or damage. Any damage or loss related to shipment must be reported within 48 hours.
- Customer is required to check their goods (packages) at the point of collection. If any item is found to be damaged or missing, it should be reported immediately, failing to do so may adversely affect settling claim.
Charges related to Shipping and Customs Clearance, Payment Terms
- The customer agrees to reimburse Action Xpress Courier Service Limited for all fees and taxes paid on customer’s behalf:
- Customs Duties and Taxes both local and foreign
- Clearance charges and service fees
- Any cost that may arise related to customer’s shipment
- The customer agrees to pay Action Xpress Courier Service Limited charges for the transportation of their shipment and any other fee related to customer’s transaction.
- Action Xpress is not liable for any packages not collected within thirty days of arrival at pickup location. Items may be auctioned or sold to the public recover costs
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- All rates are converted at daily BOJ rate
Acceptable Use Policy

Services provided by us may only be used for lawful purposes of shipping and clearance of goods (packages). You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of our services. Any use of website and or services that in our judgment violates this policy in any manner may result in suspension or termination of the services or removal of user’s account with or without notice.
Prohibited use
You may not use the services to send banned items or items that are illegal under Jamaican law and the Jamaica Customs Act
Enforcement
Your services may be suspended or terminated with or without notice upon any violation of this policy. Any violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

We use your personal data to create and manage your Action Xpress Courier Service membership account.
We process your personal data to keep your membership account up-to-date and always current. By doing so we will be able to provide you with your shipping history, details about your packages, credit and your status as a member.
Furthermore, we will use your personal data to serve you with personalized information, ads, promotions, recommendations, rating services etc. Any member will also receive invitations for upcoming events, competitions and customer surveys.

What is the legal ground to process your personal data?
The processing of your personal data to create and manage your membership account and to provide you with the personalized services of the Action Xpress Courier Service membership is necessary to fulfill the Membership agreement.
The use of your personal data to email you offers, rewards, birthday offers and special invites to sales and events is based on your consent.
